Hello.

These are Makita 18V Battery & Drill Mounts that is developed through meticulous measuring and testing to get the design accurate and durable enough for everyday use.

These were designed, developed, and printed for every day use in my Timber and Metal practical room at my work. These are used along side Makita battery chargers to create drill charge stations in each of our practical rooms at school.

Each drill and battery mount has more than enough mounting drill holes for screws or bolts to be mounted through, and attach the mounts to the surface you require them to go on.

Walls, under benches or shelves, side of cupboards, on doors, in the back of tradies' utes, on a Milwaukee toolbox,…these will have you covered.

These are interacted with on a daily basis by our high school students, they are abused and still withstand the test of time for the last year in use and have many years to go.

I printed them in eSun PLA+ with a 50% infill and 1.2mm wall thickness, along with top and bottom layers being 1.2mm. I also use these at home in my garage to manage my Makita power tools and batteries. I have printed many spares, thinking I would need to replace them after 6 months of constat use, but they just keep on going. I might have enough spares for years to come. We can only see, but for now, these are super useful and durable.

Each model has their respective use case embossed in them ‘DRILL’ and ‘BATTERY’ for clear identification. The school ones are also colour coded. This helps the students quickly identify where the batteries go and where the drills go, before needing to read the embossed test on the mounts.

Hope you use these as much as I do.

Enjoy
