Makita 18V battery connector (1x 18v, 2x 18v) single and dual
thingiverse
2 different models to DIY a Makita 18V battery connector. 1 model just for 1x 18V. 1 model for 2x18V = 36V for series connection between batteries. It fits nicely if you ask me. You will need a piece of 1mm thick copper. Just ask your nearest supplier to shear of 25mm strip of a small leftover piece. Cutting the profile and bending is easily done with a angle grinder and small vise. I screwed up the bending and 3D printing on the big one, as you can see in the picture. But i made it work, and I ain't fancy to make another one just for the picture. The file package also contains a fillet free model for modification.
