Makibox hotend mount (4mm bushing)

WARNING: After extensive use, I discovered excessive play in this mount that is completely unacceptable. Uneven spacing in the infill pattern is a major issue that needs to be addressed immediately. Please discontinue manufacturing of this mount until further notice. An update will be released after conducting a thorough investigation. The standard mount consists of two pieces of plastic riding on smooth rods, which glide fairly smoothly but require precise tightening of the mounting screw. The stock mount necessitates lubrication, and I need to reapply it every few weeks, depending on the type of lube used and the humidity level in my workplace. With this mount, I was able to print at relatively faster speeds without compromising accuracy. Faster print speeds mean that plastic stays within the hot zone for a shorter period, potentially reducing jamming occurrences slightly. This mount utilizes four 4mm self-lubricating bushings and never allows the plastic mounts to come into contact with the rods. The mounting screw is tightened fully, eliminating the need to loosen it slightly for smooth movement. I found this mount extremely smooth, but a small amount of play in the X-axis movement near the far end of the Y-axis persists due to the flexing of the long Y-rods, which may not be resolved by using a smooth mount alone. This mount is designed to clamp one bushing in place while allowing the other to slide freely sideways to compensate for variations in rod spacing. I also noted that this mount can rotate slightly, but only near the center of the hotend, and does not appear to affect print quality. The bushings used do not have tight tolerances, so I recommend purchasing 10-20 online and selecting the four smoothest ones for this mount. Before attempting to install the bushings, make sure to clean off any old grease from your smooth rods. The chamfer on the bottom mount should face the heatsink, while the chamfer on the top mount should face the flex cable. There are screw holes on the top mount that allow for easy attachment of a fan. A 2.5cm fan mount is available here for cooling prints: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/makibox-2-5cm-fan-mount
