Maki/sushi roller

Maki/sushi roller

thingiverse

A lifesaver - a single-print maki roller that saves your evening when you've forgotten it at home! This tool has the same function as those made out of string and wood sticks found everywhere, but with one obvious advantage: it's printable. It consists of a series of rods connected by flat links, designed to be only a few layers thick for flexibility. To make it food safe, simply cover it with plastic wrap. **Printing Tips** - I printed mine at 70% size. - To get it ready to use right after the print, don't forget to turn off brims. - If needed, adjust the flexible layer thickness by using negative Z in your slicer. - For a strong first layer on my glass bed, I use low jerk and acceleration settings for the first layer, and high first layer thickness modifier in Cura.
