Maki maker (for SenSoy nori)
thingiverse
I've searched Thingiverse and discovered several sushi-makers. However, none of them match the nori format sold in Russia, which meant cutting sheets resulted in numerous waste products. To achieve maki without slicing off the nori sheet, like Sen Soy does it, I had to modify my approach. Personally, I find it more practical to cut maki after removing it from the maki-maker, eliminating slots for knives altogether. Note: For accurate printing, I recommend rotating the model in a slicer.
