Hello folks! This is the presentation of Makertron's MARK I SUPPORT KIT! It's a must-have tool for Makertrons who want to participate in simple maintenance operations. The best part? It's fully upgradable due to its forearm with a threaded rod, perfect for screwing and unscrewing various tools. This kit serves as a basic configuration but will be further developed in the future. Let's take a closer look at what it has to offer: MAKERTRON-HEAD: This advanced head features a MULTICORE-CPU that enables your MakerTron to see, speak, and listen while providing extra computing power for even greater smarts. With its impressive vision capabilities, including X-RAY vision, translation skills, acute hearing, and massive processing power, certain MakerTrons become experts in areas like security, diplomacy, and research – particularly in maintenance. MAKERTRON-SX ARM: The arms of your MakerTron allow for physical interaction with the environment. With a delicate balance between strength and dexterity, along with the ability to attach specific tools to their forearms via threaded rods, a wide variety of jobs can be filled thanks to these arms' capabilities. In the case of the SX ARM, it comes equipped with a mandrel on its forearm that enables tool use for precise tasks. The tip it carries depends on what's attached to its shoulder end. It also boasts a set of tips around the forearm armor, allowing for holding tools securely in place at basic level – including 3 spikes. Precision drilling is achieved at 80%, and we're working towards implementing laser cutting technology in the MARK II version, ensuring precision as high as 99-100%. MAKERTRON-DX ARM: This right arm functions identically to the left but serves a different purpose – supporting the left arm during tasks like replacing drill bits. The clamp that holds it is crucial for these operations and also allows for moving or lifting objects with an accuracy of 60%. In the MARK II version, we plan to develop laser cutting technology, making the right arm independent and capable of installing new tools or hands with precision reaching 100%. MAKERTRON-ROCKET LEGS: A MakerTron's mobility and transportation heavily rely on its legs – in this case, powered by C.O.R.E. energy that allows it to reach supersonic speeds. The design leans towards the use of rockets for propulsion. For MARK II, we aim to improve foot placement and add afterburners for enhanced speed and efficiency. MAKERTRON-WINGS: These wings stabilize flight trajectory and support supersonic flight while acting as a shield. We recommend some instructions for printing, divided into two Cura sets: INFILL: -Shell Tickness: 0.8 mm -Top/bottom Thickness: 0.8 mm -Infill overlap: 15% -Infill pattern: Grid Check infill top solid check infill bottom solid SUPPORT: -Support Pattern: Lines -Overhang angle: 43° -Fill density: 5% -XY distance: 0.7 mm -Z distance: 0.15 mm SKIRT AND BRIM: -Skirt Line: 0 -skirt distance 2 Extrusion sets: -General check enable retraction check perimeter before -Retraction speed: 40 mm/s -Retraction distance: 4 mm -Minimum shift before retraction :1.5 mm -Minimum Extrusion before retraction: 0.1mm -Z Hop: 0 mm -Base object Cut off: 0 mm -nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm minimizes crossing parameters: Always We hope our work inspires the entire makers' community and that you appreciate this contribution.
