Aluminum extrusions, measuring 20mm x 20mm in size, are made of clear anodized material and come in a pack of 19 each. They measure 500mm in length and have a height of 20mm. Extrusion brackets, also known as gussets, are used to hold the extrusions in place. These brackets are 30mm high, 30mm long, and 20mm wide. There are 28 brackets in each pack. Pre-assembly insertion nuts are used to secure parts together before assembly. Each pack contains 10 nuts with a thread size of M3 (3mm) x 0.5. Stepper motors, specifically NEMA17, use high torque to rotate and maintain precise positions. Red ABS filament is used for printing. This filament has a diameter of 3mm, weighs 1kg, and comes in packs of 2 each. It can print objects up to 200mm x 200mm x 150mm in size. Aluminum spacers are used to space out parts. There are two types of spacers: one with a thickness of 22mm and the other with a thickness of 16mm. Dual bearing V-wheel kits are used for smooth movement. Each kit contains 9 wheels. Eccentric spacers are used to add extra support to parts. There are 4 spacers in each pack. Extrusion brackets, also known as gussets, are used again to hold parts together. Maker slides are used to move parts along a track. Each slide comes with a length of 25142-03 and is used in pairs. Pre-assembly insertion nuts are used once more to secure parts together before assembly. There are 2 packs of these nuts available. Standard wheel carriage plates are used as the base for moving parts. Each plate measures 25200-01 in size. This 3D printer was built on January 3rd, 2015.
