This is the design of a support wheel for Makerparts filaments, featuring a substantial hole measuring 57mm in diameter. The extruder struggles to maintain control as it rotates intermittently rather than smoothly, resulting in excessive effort. As such, I strongly recommend this upgrade for your Makerparts printer. Please note that the support wheel is approximately 0.5mm smaller than the large hole, allowing it to be easily adjusted to accommodate paper tape or insulating tape, as seen in the accompanying photo. In my case, two to three turns of paper tape were sufficient. For those without a layer fan, I will also upload a simplified design for the support wheel, ensuring that everyone can print it with ease. Automotive enthusiasts will appreciate the rim's scale and style, reminiscent of a TC (Turismo Carretera) vehicle. Your feedback is welcome, and I hope you enjoy this upgrade.
