Attach 40mm fans to your MakerGear x-carriage with simple clip-on mounts, as suggested by Rick. Print the fan holder, fasten it using zip ties or screws, and clip the mount onto the x-carriage for effective cooling of the hot-end and printed part. Be patient and print slowly, or in pairs, to avoid issues caused by the small, hole-featuring clip getting too hot during printing.
