An adjustable X-axis belt tensioner replaces two 8mm washers on a makergear prusa's X-axis idler pulley. To install, remove the stock pulley, enlarge the hole with a rotary tool, insert an M4 bolt, and install as shown without the bottom washer. Adjust tension and use. Printed at .35mm nozzle, .27mm layer height, .35 infill.
