Makergear M2 Rev E bed swivel clip
thingiverse
This is a single MakerGear M2 (Rev E) bed swivel clip, created on Autodesk Fusion 360. It's designed for use with a Rev E model printer to securely hold down the factory glass bed. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerGear Printer: MakerGear M2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2mm layer height Infill: 100% Notes: This part may be slightly off by a fraction of a mm from the original, but it works well once screwed into place. I printed it at 100% infill for maximum strength. Before starting, ensure your bed is level. How I Designed This: Description: My bed clips started bending and eventually snapping due to wear and tear and early bed-levelling errors that raised the bed height with swivel clips still in place. After searching, I couldn't find this part anywhere on the MakerGear website or online, so I created my own. You'll notice it may feel loose when slotted into the circular recess on the bed corner, but once screwed into place, it clamps down nicely on the bed and holds it firmly in place. I printed it in PLA with 100% infill, and they seem to be holding up well. With a material cost of just a few cents, if these break, you can simply print more!
