Makergear M2 mount for Bulldog-Lite extruder plus Merlin-Hotend

This is a mounting plate for the Bulldog-Lite extruder and a Merlin-Hotend for my MakerGear M2. I milled this out of bamboo wood (for a test-version. I might do this later in aluminium). The original Makergear extruder has a planetary gear which broke on my printer. The Bulldog lite extruder is build completely out of aluminium and is a spring loaded design without planetary gear. One less component that can brake and now I can print ninja flex on my printer (the old M2 filament drive wasn't really able to feed that stuff reliably).
