Makergear M2 Spool Holder. This thing holds (probably) any type of filament spool onto a Makergear M2. The default spool holder is too fat for some tiny little spools. When you remove the default spool holder, save the little screws - they are needed and will fit the upgraded spool holder perfectly. The "end stop" screws on with a right-hand thread since otherwise the rotation of the roll might remove it when no one's looking. I just updated the .stl files and realized that in fact a right-hand thread is needed, not left hand. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerGear Printer: M2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: high Infill: 50% Notes: I used white PLA, 50% filled. But almost anything will do of course - I do suggest using the highest available resolution so that the thread works nicely. How I Designed This I designed this in Fusion 360 and was truly impressed!
