makergear m2 fan bracket

makergear m2 fan bracket

thingiverse

This is a revised M2 fan bracket design, inspired by Jroelle's excellent work. It addresses an issue of tight tolerances when printed using ABS that can cause the nylock nuts to break. This modified bracket slightly shifts the bed fan position to prevent it from hitting the M2 z-axis frame. The design also features a more robust hex nut area and increased tolerances for better fit without damaging the nut. The model is in inches, so if your slicer has issues, remember to convert to metric or scale by 25.4. This bracket prints effortlessly, requiring no support whether oriented on edge or with the 40mm fan side down.
