Revised dial indicator mount designed by ArnoldPro, modified to accommodate my state-of-the-art Harbor Freight dial indicator with a permanently attached rear mounting stud. This version of the dial holder attaches securely to the extruder/fan mount on my Makergear M2. To attach this device, first remove the fan assembly from the machine, then install it using just one M3 x 35mm bolt. The bolt's head fits into the right-side hole of the dial holder, holding it firmly in place while also supporting the bearing that connects everything. This quick-mount system allows for easy installation and removal. Assembly instructions: 1. Print part according to specifications 2. Take out the fan assembly from the extruder mount 3. Attach this new part using a single M3 x 35mm bolt 4. Insert your dial indicator, taking care not to disturb the other components 5. You're ready to work
