This design is specifically made to mount directly onto the great extruder assembly by Mrcleanr6, which can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:344950. V4.1 has slightly shorter retention bumps, making it easier to install and remove on the E3D fan shroud coupling - you could also simply sand down the bumps if they're too thick. V4.2 incorporates a chamfer on the top section, clearing the ball bearing assembly on the extruder for the newer E3D V6 mount - the V5 already had enough clearance to not need this chamfer.
