makergear m2 adjustable bed corner clamp no pad REV E
thingiverse
Here is another version of my adjustable bed corner clamp for the Makergear M2, without a support pad and designed specifically for REV E machines and users who have updated their spider to 4-point leveling. The other M2 owners are recommended to use the original version available at this link. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:602194 These corners will adjust snugly to your Mic6 glass, eliminating any play so you can ditch the binder clips altogether. I recommend printing a set of four for optimal performance. The screws don't need to be super tight; they should just provide gentle pressure that removes movement or wobble from the bed. The screw hole is designed for M3 screw size, but I suggest tidying it up with a drill bit and tapping in the correct thread or drilling out just enough to let the screw create its own threads into the plastic. ABS or EPC material at 100% infill will produce the best results.
