Makerfarm Y-Axis Endplate for i3v 10" with Belt Tensioner

Update 4/10/2019: See https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3897503 for an update of this design using 2020 V-Slot for the Front Plate instead of plastic. This is a remix of the Y-axis front end plate for the Makerfarm Prusa 10" i3v printer. This version is much easier to adjust the tension than the previous one. You will need to replace the 2-M5x12mm bolts with 2-M5x20mm bolts to connect the V-Slot. I used an M5x35mm screw and a nut for the screw that tightens the belt tensioner. If your belt is not too short, you could probably use a bit shorter screw. In designing this, it looked like the screw would miss the belt, but after printing it seemed pretty close for a longer screw. I did increase the gap another 1mm bigger for what I am uploading. I used an M5x25mm screw with locknut to hold the idler in place. I used the plastic pin **M5x9_6mm.stl** to position the split idler assembly in place and then pushed the M5x25mm screw through, pushing the plastic pin out while the screw went through the assembly. There are 3 photos showing how that was done. I also used 2 plastic M5 washers instead of metal ones, but you can use metal ones if you want. The plastic ones are **M5x10mmx1mm_4x_Washer.stl**. I printed these at 40% infill using the gyroid infill of the Slic3r Prusa Edition. I added the **disc20_4x.stl** to the wide print of the **Y-Axis_FrontPlateSlideBracket_10_Rev43.stl**. I added it as a separate part rather than combining it to the front plate, as it seems to cut off easier for me. This front plate does not flex at all now.
