Fan for cooling your prints on Makerfarm Prusa i3v printers. I've got mine installed now, and it's working well so far. I did add an extra optional piece to direct the airflow better, which made a big difference in performance. This fan does require some hardware, so be sure to check the instructions for a full list. One thing to note is that this one does have an update. On 06/01/15, I added an option for an M5x30 Bolt, and on 14/02/15, I added a shroud to amplify airflow near the print.
