This design is a modified version of the model found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:145065, featuring an expanded width to suit an 80mm fan. Note that fitting it under the stepper motor may be snug but achievable. KISSlicer slices this design well, and printing has been done with 2 perimeters, a 300 micron layer height, and coarse supports.
