Makerfarm Peguas 12 Bondtech QR Mount

This is a modified Bondtech QR mount for the Pegasus 12". Designed specifically for use with an E3D Volcano and Bltouch bed leveling sensor, it requires adjustments to work seamlessly with an E3Dv6 and Bltouch sensor. The standard bondtech QR top mount piece makes up the top portion of this design. To assemble this mount, you'll need the following hardware: two 10-32 x 375 heat set inserts from McMaster 93365A156 for mounting the top portion of the bondtech extruder mount, and two 4-40 x 135 heat set inserts from McMaster 93365A120 for mounting the Bltouch sensor. Additionally, you'll need two 10-32 socket head screws from Mcmaster 91251A342 to secure the top portion of the bondtech extruder mount in place. The source Solidworks files are attached, allowing users to modify them as needed, and a step file is also provided for easy assembly. Please note that the firmware currently being used works well with the Bltouch sensor but may require the addition of a thin shim under the Bltouch if the print height is slightly short.
