MakerFarm Pegasus Single Bowden Mount with IR Sensor

MakerFarm Pegasus Single Bowden Mount with IR Sensor

After several revamps and changes, I've finally created a design worthy of printing. This is based on the Prometheus E3D V6 mount crossed with the mounting plate for the Pegasus 12. The tabs on the sides of each clamp part are there to attach a Differential IR Sensor so that it sits 1.7mm above the nozzle, which is the recommended height for the sensor. It should provide you with something in the area of -0.25 to -0.55mm Z-Offset depending on your build surface (solid, like tape or clear, like glass). If you do use a glass bed on your Pegasus, you will either need to use black paper between the heated bed and glass, or color all of the white parts of the heated bed with a black sharpie. The white parts are too reflective, and your nozzle will definitely crash into the bed on auto leveling. Special thanks go to Colin from MakerFarm for providing the original mounting plate STL files for the Pegasus 12, and Prometheus 3D for the design of the original carriage mount, HERE. In the redesign, I also adjusted the fan duct length so it would properly hit the printed part rather than the heat block.
