Makerfarm Pegasus E3D v6 Mount with Fan and 18mm Inductive Probe Sensor

A collection of mount plates for mounting an E3D hot end to a Makerfarm Pegasus printer, while also accommodating one or more of the following accessories: a print cooling fan and duct, an 18mm inductive probe for auto bed levelling, or both. The probe mount is offset 42mm to the left of the hot end. In Marlin firmware, use X offset: -42mm and Y offset: 0mm. This setup works with an LJ18A3-8-ZBX NPN sensor, which consistently detects a standard PCB heated bed through 3mm glass. Marshall Peck's instructable or Thomas Sanladerer's video provides more information on setting up this configuration. The mount is compatible with clough42's fan shroud or my modified version featuring slightly larger fan mounting holes.
