A Custom Mount for the E3D Titan and MakerFarm Pegasus, Featuring a Robust Metal X Carriage with an Optional 18mm Inductive Probe Mount. I've Provided Two Variations: One with the Probe Mount and Another Without, Both Accommodating 20mm and 48mm Long NEMA 17 Motors. I Personally Use a 20mm Pancake Motor with My Titan, Which Works Seamlessly and Allows for a Lighter X Axis. The Supplied STLs Feature a 5mm Thick Plate for Mounting the Titan and the Motor, Working Well in Conjunction with Isograph's Titan Radial Fan Mount and the Long Mounting Screws Provided with the Titan. To Secure the Bottom Right Titan Mount Point to the Motor, I Had to Use a 10mm M3 Bolt Instead of the Supplied 8 or 12mm Bolt. The Motor Length, Motor Tolerance, and Mount Plate Thickness Are Adjustable. These Dimensions Are Exposed as Variables in the OnShape Document, Allowing You to Copy and Modify Them to Suit Your Needs. After Tweaking These Parameters, You Can Export the Mount, Along with the Optionally Included Probe Mount, as an STL. Marlin Firmware Users Should Note That Probe Offsets Are -36mm X and -26m Y for a 20mm Motor, While a 48mm Motor Requires -36mm X and -52mm Y Offset. If You Have the 8mm Lead Screw Upgrade, Be Aware That You Will Lose Approximately 2cm of Printable Area. I Plan to Create an Alternative Titan Mount with the Motor Offset Towards the X Idler to Regain This Lost Space. When Printing with ABS or PLA, the Infill Can Be Significantly Lower.
