MakerFarm Pegasus Auxiliary 40mm Fan Mount

I designed a mount to quickly attach an auxiliary cooling fan to an extruded plastic component. Since I couldn't find a suitable hinged fan shroud, I came up with this alternative solution. This design fits a 40mm case fan and can be mounted onto the wooden x-idler found on MakerFarm Pegasus series printers. The part is created with "rough draft" quality dimensions, so please modify it to suit your specific fasteners needs. Please feel free to post any improvements you'd like to see. Note that there's a nut trap included in the design for securing the hinge. **Print Settings:** * Printer: MakerFarm Pegasus 10 * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.2mm * Infill: 20-50% * Notes: Rotate parts by 270 degrees on the x-axis before slicing. Slic3r 1.2.9 resulted in some artifacts inside the shroud without affecting its functionality, so adjust print settings according to your material of choice with overhangs in mind.
