I bought an MB Plus hotend (http://www.ebay.com/itm/MB-Plus-Metal-Hot-End-for-RepRap-3D-Printer-1-75mm-Filament-0-4mm-Nozzle-Prusa-/321602397864) after my E3DV6 melted down and I wanted to give something new a try. Since mounting it to my X carriage was impossible, I had to get creative with the design since no existing designs fit my printer. The hotend demands a 5mm mounting plate, which came with my printer but if you got yours with an E3D hotend then it would have come with a 6mm one. You can either buy or print a new plate - I'm sure there are many available designs out there. I printed it with the current rotation setting and support enabled. At 0.2mm, 100% infill, my printer handled it just fine. A layer height of 0.25mm should be more than enough.
