MakerFarm i3v Z rod support Remix with Extruder Wire Holder
thingiverse
This keeps the extruder wire harness from snagging the threaded rod. To start with, I took Printbus's modified version of Kkessler's original idea. Adding holes allows you to secure the wire tie if desired. However, printing something excessively tall may cause the wire to interfere with the extruder, potentially exacerbated by securing it with a tie. For further insight into this issue, see http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:636381 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:410126 for more details on Kkessler's design. Subsequently, after finishing this project, I realized that adding overhangs to each side would allow me to integrate some of my smaller tools, which I'll create as a separate item.
