MakerFarm i3v Chimera Carriage

I created a carriage for the e3d Chimera that rides smoothly along V-Slot rails, specifically designed for my MakerFarm i3v. This innovative design allows effortless adjustment of nozzle heights to achieve precise alignment between them. I incorporated several features that simplify wire management, including easy cooling with two 50mm blower fans and shrouds, as well as the ability to securely attach a cable chain. The carriage does require support for the wire management canopies. To level the nozzles perfectly, follow these simple steps: 1. Adjust one nozzle lower than the other. 2. Zero the bed to the lower nozzle. 3. Level the bed as closely as possible to perfect. 4. Move the carriage to the center of the bed. 5. Loosen the set screws on the back of the Chimera so both nozzles rest on the bed. 6. Tighten the set screws for both nozzles. 7. Zero the bed again.
