Makerfarm i3v 10" frame clip for wire bundle from heat bed
thingiverse
I was inspired by this innovative filament clip design - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:12516, prompting me to create a specialized clip to securely hold the wire connecting my heat bed to the frame near my Arduino board. I utilized flexible tubing from Lowes to shield the wires from my heatbed, ensuring reliable insulation and protection. To simplify the routing process, I added a strategically placed slot at the top of the clip, allowing me to easily route the wire without disconnecting it from the Arduino board. Additionally, I incorporated four precision-crafted slots in the clip for secure wire tie-downs. The circular opening designed to accommodate the wire bundle has a diameter of 16mm. I selected a moderate fill density of 0.2 and employed a consistent layer height of 0.2 to optimize print efficiency, resulting in an estimated printing time of one hour.
