I wanted a better cooling system for my Pegasus, and I was dissatisfied with the available mounts. So, I designed one myself. Here's what I created in just one night, and it works great so far. Just remove the wooden piece and insert this part in its place, making sure the fan is facing upwards and away from the heater block's wires. To assemble the DIICooler, follow standard procedures but use longer mounting screws - 20mm with a 3mm diameter worked perfectly for me. If you print this design, please share your results by posting pictures. I'm eager to see what others come up with! I'm not finished yet, but time's running out for now. Future plans include smoothing out the sharp edges and making it easier to print, as well as possibly adding a few speed holes to improve performance. Note that this design is specifically tailored for the Makerfarm extruder. If you have a Titan or other modified extruders, I can't guarantee compatibility.
