MakerBot Z Pulleys
thingiverse
All of the idler and timing pulleys displayed here were created using a MakerBot printer and its 0.4mm nozzle. Once the motor pulley is removed, it will also be replaced. The flanges are currently being printed individually but will be combined after any issues have been resolved. A Sketchup 7 file is provided for reference and contains the pulleys along with some additional items. After printing, the larger bore pulleys were threaded (8mm) and secured in place by twisting them into position and adding an M8 nut.
