I'm Noticing a Problem With My Replicator 2x's X Axis Idler The X axis idler on my Replicator 2x started Wiggling Recently, Causing it to Pull Itself Loose from the Poorly Designed Carriage. The Plastic Bearing on the Steel Rod Was Making Extremely Annoying Noises. I Described this Piece as a Metal Idler with a Bearing and a More Secure Method of Holding the Bearing and Rod Assembly in Place on the Carriage. I Have Test Fit This Part On My Replicator 2x, But I've Assumed It Should Also Work on The Clone Models, However, I Can't Confirm It. Replacing the 4mm rod With a 3mm rod to use this idler (https://www.ebay.com/itm/3D-Printer-Idler-Pulley-Aluminum-Dual-Ball-Bearing-3mm-Bore-16-Teeth-GT2-Belt-/262072280224?hash=item3d04b9a4a0:g:LzEAAOSwKIpWC8yI). The 3mm Rod can be sourced anywhere, and I Cut Mine Longer Than the Factory Rod Since It Was Very Loose, Which Contributed to The Problem of Popping Out Of Place. If you Encounter Any Problems, Please let me know. Currently, I've Logged About 150 Hrs of Print Time And Not only is it silent But Also The X Belt Is Staying Tight.
