Makerbot toolkeeper
thingiverse
As a MakerBot operator, certain handy tools are essential. I designed a tool rack that easily attaches to the side of your MakerBot, housing three sizes of allen keys for M3, M5, and M8 bolts. It also accommodates an adjustable wrench and a standard flathead screwdriver for wire manipulation on your extruder board. The rack even includes a hook for holding your Heated Build Platform's hot pad. For creators who wish to modify the design, SketchUp source files are provided! Note: there are two versions available - one with regular and hexagonal holes for allen keys, while the other follows the 45-degree rule with drop-shaped holes. Despite this, I discovered that using appropriate settings, the non-dropshaped version could be printed effectively. After downloading, Skeinforge it with your preferred settings, print, and attach to your MakerBot for immediate access to essential tools whenever needed!
