MakerBot Replicator Z18 Spool Holder

I acquired a couple of PLA filament spools with holes having a diameter of 30mm at the center. Additionally, the width measures around 85mm. Initially, I used to rely on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:615307 for larger hole spools but a 30mm hole is far too small for it. As such, I utilized OpenSCAD to create a thinner pod, with a diameter of 28mm. Furthermore, the code in OpenSCAD is customizable. There are two variables controlling the initial diameter and length of the pod. Consequently, if you want any different diameter or varied length, you can make the adjustments yourself or simply request that I craft one tailored to your specifications. Print Settings Rafts: It makes no difference what setting is chosen. Supports: The support choice doesn't significantly impact anything. Infill: Infill should be set to 30% for optimal results.
