This wiper and bucket, designed for MakerBot Replicator, fits into the back panel's pre-existing cutout. It can be utilized with Skeinforge Wipe function to eliminate oozing filament between layers, particularly during dual prints. To assemble, print the arm, bucket, and flames, adhering to provided orientation in STL files. Cut a piece of silicone rubber or equivalent material for the wiper. Place this between the bucket and wiper arm, securing with #4-40 x 5/8"L machine screws and nuts. The flames fit into grooves on either side of the bucket, held by glue (e.g., CA glue). For installation, remove the perforated rectangular cutout on the left side of Replicator's back panel and insert the wiper in a similar manner to filament spools mounting. Adjust the height of your silicone wiper sheet for optimal nozzle flicking during passage. Skeinforge wipe settings should be adjusted as follows (X,Y,Z): Arrival (-130,40,0), Departure (-130,40,0), Wipe (-130,80,0).
