The Replicator's canopy and side/front covers are made from acrylic sheets and printed components, although their appearance may be less than aesthetically pleasing. The covers serve their purpose effectively. These parts were created using the default RepG profile at 30% infill with a raised platform temperature of 110°C. To fill in gaps, print as many required sections. For some corners, only angle-specific parts will suffice. The acrylic sheets used were from Lowe's Duraplex 45.7x61x2mm collection, cut by hand with a Plaskolite tool provided near the sheets. Attaching printed parts to the acrylic was challenging; opting for laser-cut alternatives would be ideal.
