Sometimes when your filament gets tangled up, leaving you out of the picture, it can end up tensioning the silicone guide tubes and causing them to slightly chew on the metal brackets on the back of the printer. I created a handy additional part that can be snapped onto those brackets to keep the tubes securely in place. This particular model is designed specifically for the MakerBot 2X with dual extruders. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2X Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 15% Notes: Use coarse quality settings so it holds better on the brackets due to friction. Post-Printing: Just remove any support material and it'll snap onto the brackets with ease.
