This gauge was remixed from the Dualstrustion nozzle leveling Fixture by einer_designs (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:23013). Originally designed for a Rep 1 Dual, it couldn't align nozzles on the Rep 2X with either the OEM mounting block or Carl Raffle's new cooling block. This remix can be used for both designs. Nozzles are adjusted until they touch the tool surface while holding the mounting block tightly against the tool. Print this Thing in ABS, scaled 101.5% to account for shrinkage. Lay it on its side without support or rafts for a clean surface. Remove any flash that might affect alignment. Use this tool to align both extruder nozzles at equal distance from the gantry when mounted on the aluminum mounting block, which is in turn mounted on the carriage. Fine-tune adjustments can be made using shims under one end of the mounting block. Ensure leveling screws are turned all the way before starting the build plate's movement to avoid crashing nozzles. If necessary, use a shim to activate the stop switch earlier.
