Create your own indicator base with a flat surface for gauge block versatility, using craft magnets from Harbor Freight for stability. Heat and level your build plate to .006" above the rear most leveling screw, zeroing the indicator and adjusting the front screws accordingly. This method results in consistent accuracy within +/-.0005". Greg shares his .x3g files for Makerbot Replicator 2X with ABS, 200 micron build height, 25% density, 110C build plate, raft on, support off.
