This is a mount designed to enable the use of E3D v6 or E3D v6 lite on the MakerBot Replicator 2 while retaining its standard cooling fan. V3 saw an adjustment made to the step motor's position, ensuring precise alignment of extruder holes. To set up, you will require two pieces of hardware, specifically suited for withstanding heat, as suggested by using ABS material. Note: Replacement parts were included in the original kit except for one crucial item – the thermistor.
