To securely hold plexiglass windows on your MakerBot, first open the .stl file in ReplicatorG, rotating it so that all six clips are parallel to the print surface. Next, center the design on the platform and generate GCode using settings with Right Extruder, 230* nozzle, 10% infill, 1 border layer, and a 40 feed rate. After printing for approximately 45 minutes, cut 3/16" thick Plexiglass windows, leaving a 1/8" air border around the side openings. Finally, install the clips by placing one on the top of each window and two on the bottom corners. You may need to adjust the bottom clips to slide them into place.
