I merged SteveFury's two bed pieces into one, then added the rest of the bed for a complete replacement. You'll need to sand the tabs that slide in to get a smooth fit. There's a hole in the bed for the short 6mm metal rod, but you'll have to drill it out carefully to set the piece at the same height, or you may need to adjust your Z offset. If you want to find or make a new little metal rod, mine measured 6mm in length too. I didn't bother sanding the top layer smooth before putting tape on and testing it, but you might want to do that before using this heavily. If you own a MakerBot Mini, it's a good idea to have a friend, school, library, or maker space print you an extra bed just in case you drop the original on a hard floor and break it. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 15% Notes: Printed with 2 perimeters and a low infill to keep weight down; I recommend you do the same.
