Create a Makerbot spool holder featuring wider, 90-100mm spools with 30-32mm center holes and incorporating the Makerbot logo for enhanced complexity. This unique design deviates from existing models, making it an original contribution. The face of the logo is sourced from Thingiverse's model number 4390, while the rest of the holder is shaped by measuring standard spools and modifying them to ensure structural strength through printing. To print this design effectively, position the holder lengthwise on the bed and use a raft with supports, adding extra infill (25-30%) for reinforcement. The model was designed for bilbyCNC.com.au's filament, which has 30mm holes and 90mm width. Upon printing, the holder appears sturdy, but adjustments may be needed to increase the size of stop bumps that prevent spool sliding. However, these adjustments are not necessary due to the built-in spacer for proper spool positioning.
