I'm excited to get my personal MakerBot up and running, so I decided to give this awesome design a bit of a tweak. To add some extra stability, I added feet to the sides, eliminating the need for additional M8 bolts to hold it together. I also created a comb using 1/16" PETG to put tension on the spool, preventing it from spinning freely and unraveling itself.
