Hey everyone, I just discovered this online. I've attached the STL file for the MakerBot Smart Extruder upgrade that lets you work with Ninja Flex. It may take a few attempts to get it right, but you'll eventually master the technique. As mentioned in my previous post, I used the recommended settings from Ninjaflex. Keep in mind that opening your Smart Extruder voids its warranty. Lift up the wheel to make installing the piece easier around the groove. It should fit tightly opposite the circuit board. The tail will sit above the magnet to prevent it from spinning. This upgrade stops Ninja Flex from buckling by removing any gap where the filament can squeeze through. Have fun printing!
