Introducing MakerBot's new 96khz AudioNozzleâ„¢, Robot Hospital! is breaking protocol to pre-release a pre-mastered version of their 3D Printed Vinyl product for Thing-O-Matic printers with standard 0.5mm plastruder nozzles. After extensive research and development, MakerBot unveils the MakerBot Thing-O-Matic's capacity to print listenable vinyl records from desktop using AudioNozzleâ„¢ technology. The process prints audio waveforms in real time by modulating plastic deposition with microstepping electronics. Results often surpass 24-bit recordings and can reach frequencies up to 57khz. Pre-orders for authentic 96khz AudioNozzleâ„¢ will be available soon, but note that pre-release vinyl may experience reduced audio fidelity due to compatibility with standard nozzles. Ensure optimal printing by adjusting the Z-axis height on your Thing-O-Matic with G92 Z80.0 command.
