MakerBeam-3D-Printer
thingiverse
This is my revolutionary 3D-printer design, built entirely out of makerbeam-profiles with a focus on minimalism and efficiency. The entire printer relies solely on parts from the makerbeam-starterkit, supplemented by some printed components and an extremely low number of additional screws and other hardware. You can find some eye-catching pictures at https://photos.app.goo.gl/Nd8WpQus9B2oKVVz7 or check out my engaging videos on https://www.youtube.com/user/3DAndyAustria. If you're interested in learning more, don't hesitate to send an email to 3d.andy@gmx.net - I'm always eager to share knowledge and ideas! This sturdy frame is capable of supporting a hot-end for 3D-printing with a heatbed, a pen for precision plotter work, or even a small milling-head for CNC-milling. The small gear for the extruder is only required once, but I've included three different inner diameters to ensure a snug fit without excessive force on the motor.
