Update! Please use the STL that ends in "3" I have made the flanges thicker, for strength. I made mine out of Carbon Fiber Reinforced PETG! I made one out of ABS, but it was too brittle with the thinner flanges. This is for the Makera Carvera CNC Milling Machine. it is designed to adapt both large and small shop vac hoses to the small 22mm port on the back of the machine. I have designed this to be stuck on with 3M automotive trim adhesive tape, making it unlikely to come off. instead of sticking something inside the already small 22mm ID hole, this will cover the hole as to not restrict air flow. I will add photo when I get more filament to print this.
