I designed this little token of appreciation to hand out to students in my school district who show exceptional talent in their work. A student recently caught my attention by displaying an all-metal lightsaber he had crafted in his father's garage using a milling machine. As I happened to have a Fulcrum Badge on me, I gave it to him and was inspired to create something similar that would motivate kids to continue pursuing their passions. Around the outside of this token is inscribed STEM in binary code, representing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math - a concept I'm sure they'll figure out for themselves.
