Earlier this year, Zheng Labs earned a well-deserved recognition as the winner of the Pinshape People's Choice award with their outstanding 2015 Seej Starter Set design. As we anxiously awaited the vote results, I made a commitment to create a 3D printable tiara if any Zheng3 designs took top honors in one of the numerous categories. And now, here it is! (Robber Rex was visibly upset by his second-place finish in the low-poly category.) To complete your tiara, you will need to print one tiara body, three gears, and three triangular nuts. When printing the tiara body, I recommend setting the minimum layer time to at least 10 seconds so that the edges of the triangular sockets have sufficient time to cool and avoid a fugly, dysmorphic appearance. Next, press the nuts into place from the back of the tiara and then snap the gears into position. Be cautious not to get your hair caught when spinning those gears! This particular tiara was successfully printed using ColorFabb Silver PLA/PHA.
